Thank you for including the Right.of.Way Section at District 3 Transportation Department in your Comments on
Development Projects process, this sign location would not fall under the Scenic Enhancement jurisdiction, it does
not appear to be visible from the Interstate, it would need to be outside of our Right.of.Way, and not interfere with
