The Public Walls Depcrtment respectfully requests the following item be placa:l on the June
19.2007 City Council agenda. under Consent Agenda, tor Council's consideration:
ADProval of amended bid for Water and Sewer Improvements in coniunction with the
Intersection Meridian & McMillan Roadwav Project
The previous bid approved at the June 5 City Council meeting of $16,710 was in error. One
of the bid items was omitted from the total. The bid amount for the water and sewer
improvements tor the overall project low bidder is $41,202. The engineer's estimate was
$27,015.
Recommended Council Action: The Public Works Department recommends
that City Council appro1l8S the amended bid of $41, 202 for Water and SEllNer
Improvements In conjunction with the Intersection Meridian and McMillan
Roadway Project and authorizes Engineering to go ahead with the project.
