Dear Mr. Osborn:
This letter is to confirm that the City of Meridian's City Council approved the Final Plat
Modification for the property located at 345 W. Winnipeg Street at its April 71h, 2026 meeting.
The approval removes the well lot plat depiction from Lot 1,Block 10 of Meridian Heights Subdivision
No. 2.
