This is concerning the 19 June meeting for Bienville Square Eagle Road Landscaping. One resident
of the Carol subdivision received the notice from your office. At this point we haven't heard from any
others who did receive a notice. Mr. Gerry Morrisette has been copying and notifying many of the
neighbors. Were there more notices sent and if so why didn't everyone receive one? I am sure that
you are using the mailing list from RedCliff and though we've made it clear to them they do not have
all of the addresses they continue to ignore the suggestion to correct the list.
Thank you for helping make clear what is going on with RedCliff.and trying to keep us informed.
