Hello mayor and city council members,
I am wri?ng again to voice my concerns about the proposed la?tude forty three development. Since the last mee?ng
we have met with the proposed builder KB homes. I am extremely concerned about the proposed set backs to these
homes, as well as the quality and what this will do to my resale value. These homes also have zero ameni?es.
Since the last mee?ng our neighborhood has worked hard with the mayor’s proposal of installing bollards to the magic
view exit of our neighborhood to help alleviate the horrible traffic we face daily. We have since heard from the meridian
fire chief that bollards would not be supported. We can not handle having this development approved without some sort
of a solu?on to this traffic issue. It is not responsible. I am asking for city council to deny this project. This area is not
ready for more development.
