Hello mayor and city council members,
I am wri?ng again to voice my concerns about the proposed la?tude 43 development. My home backs up to this
property. I am very concerned about the setbacks of these homes, as I could easily have 2 story homes towering over my
backyard. Furthermore, this development does not have any ameni?es, which ul?mately leads me to believe people will
be using our walking paths and a?emp?ng to use our pool.
Traffic is also a major concern, as you have heard ?me and ?me again. At the last mee?ng the mayor proposed bollards
to block the exit out onto magic view. Our neighborhood worked hard to gather votes and held a town hall mee?ng,
ul?mately vo?ng yes to the bollards. Although we don’t know the final verdict on this decision, meridian fire department
does not approve of this. If we do not have a permanent traffic solu?on, we should not allow further development un?l
we do. I am asking for denial of this project, this area is not ready for addi?onal development un?l traffic through our
neighborhood can be alleviated.
