RECEIVED Project: Gateway Marketplace Variance JUL 3 2001 Location: SE corner of Eagle and Ustick City ofMeridian City Cleric Office Highlights of Proposed Development: Variance to the: 1) 35-foot wide landscape buffers along entryway corridors; and, 2) the landscape buffer along streets to be located at the subdivision boundary within a common lot or a permanent easement. The Applicant proposes to reduce the width of the landscape buffer on the subject property to 20 feet and use approximately 15 feet to 26 feet of surplus ROW towards the remainder, Staff Recommendation: approval Written Testimony since Staff Report:. none Outstanding Issue(s) for City Council: none known Project: Sadie Creek Eagle Road Landscaping Variance Location: SW corner of Ustick and Eagle Highlights of Proposed Development: Variance to the: 1) 35-foot wide landscape buffers along entryway corridors; and, 2) the entire landscape buffer along streets to be on a common lot or within a permanent easement.
