Memorandum from Community Development staff regarding transportation project
status updates. Presenter: Craige Bergman.
3. ACTION: Use of School Flashers During Lunch Periods
Additional discussion and possible action regarding the use of school flashers during
lunch periods. Presenter: Commission Direction
4. ACTION: Woodbridge Neighborhood Area Updates
Staff will update the Commission on transportation related requests and efforts in the
Woodbridge Neighborhood area. Presenter: Brian McClure.

5. ACTION: Transportation Commission 2025 End of Year Report
Discuss the draft annual report to Council regarding 2025 Transportation Commission
Activities. Presenter: Walter Steed
6. ACTION: Downtown Parking Strategy Committee
Staff will be requesting up to three volunteers to serve on an ad hoc, staff led,
Downtown Parking Committee. Presenter: Caleb Hood.
7. INFORMATION: Ex-Officio Updates
Updates provided by Transportation Commission ex-officio regarding partner
agency and transportation related activities.
8. INFORMATION: Staff Communications
Placeholder for Transportation Commission related communication from Community
