RE: Latitude 43 Subdivision-ITD Comment Revision
Dear Ian,
After further review of the Latitude 43 subdivision,the Department will no longer require a traffic impact analysis for this
development.At this particular location,there are constraints that make off-site mitigations disproportionately challenging.
Additionally, ITD does not have any planned projects in this area where we could assess a proportionate share contribution.
This letter only pertains to the Latitude 43 subdivision.Any future applications in this area may be subject to comments as
conditions and circumstances may change.
