RE: Subdivision Name Reservation: SKYBREAK RIM SUBDIVISION
At your request,with the Permission to use Subdivision name 2025-045723 and 2025-045859,
1 will reserve the name Skybreak Rim Subdivision to include Parcel S1404212755 located
in T2N, R1 E,S.4, NW 1/4, Meridian for your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as
your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is
recorded.

This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the
project is terminated by the client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been
met, in which case the name can be re-used by someone else.

The area shown in yellow and green already has a subdivision name reserved on them (letter
attached).

The parcel in question already has a name reserved on it(shown in Green)with Compass Land
Surveying(letter attached).
Please contact the surveying firm and have them provided a letter to Sub Name Mail stating the sub
name`Pura Vida Ranch Sub'is being terminated a reservation letter can then be provided.
It does not appear that`Skyrim'is a real word,therefor the name`Skyrim'is denied, please provide a
new unique name for review.
Skybreak North—Parcels S1404223101 and S1404223400
The primary name`Skybreak' has already been recorded (shown on map)and is not contiguous to the
parcels in question so the name cannot be used in the location requested.
May we suggest`Skybreak North Subdivision'for Parcel S1 40421 2755—with a recorded permission
to use subdivision name from the owner/entity of Skybreak Subdivision.
