Tyson Glock Water and sewer in parallel require a minimum of 30'wide easement.Water
3/3/26 9:01 AM must be a minimum of 5'from the edge of easement and sewer should be a
minimum of 10'. Separation between water and sewer currently is around
15'.Since the water and sewer to the south has not been approved yet the
design should be updated to bring the utilities closer together. Unless there
is a reason not to the water and sewer should have 10' separation and be
centered in the easement.

vault for a Water Control Valve. Install the valves inside the vault and then
provide a straight DIP pipe between valves. City will install the WCV at a later
time. If you need a figure for the vault let me know.
