A parcel of land situated in a portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33,Township 4
North, Range 1 West, B.M.,City of Meridian,Ada County, Idaho being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an aluminum cap marking the South 1/4 corner of said Section 33,which bears S89°19'00"E a
distance of 2,638.24 feet from an aluminum cap marking the Southwest corner of said Section 33;
Thence following the southerly line of said Southwest 1/4, N89'19'00"W a distance of 870.62 feet;
Thence leaving said southerly line, N00°29'28"E a distance of 368.87 feet to the centerline of Sky Pilot Drain;
Thence following said centerline the following two(2)courses:
1. 100.55 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the left,said curve having a radius of 220.01 feet,a
delta angle of 26°11'13",a chord bearing of N76°34'28"W and a chord distance of 99.68 feet;
2. N89°40'10"W a distance of 351.32 feet to a point on the westerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4;
Thence leaving said centerline and following the westerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4,
N00°29'45"E a distance of 928.27 feet to the Southwest 1/16 corner of said Section 33 and being on the
southerly boundary line of Apple Valley Subdivision (Book 30 of Plats, Pages 1844-1845, records of Ada
County, Idaho);
Thence leaving said westerly line and following said subdivision line,S89°18'42"E a distance of 1,318.88 feet to
the Center-South 1/16 corner;
Thence leaving said subdivision boundary and following the easterly line of said Southwest 1/4,S00°29'07"W a
distance of 1,316.85 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains a total of 35.876 acres,more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights-
of-way of record or implied.
