At your request, I will update the reservation of Ryegrass Ridge Subdivision to the name Starling Ridge
Subdivision to include Parcels R8970710010 and R8970710025 of T21N, R1 E, S.4, SW 1/4, Meridian for
your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as your project is in the approval process. Final
approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded.

I thought I would just clean this up and do a fresh request that I believe meets all the criteria[ and
addresses the other concerns the county has relayed. I really appreciate your patience as we worked
through these. We are ready to submit to the city of Meridian as soon as we have the name secured. We
can remove/release any reference to Ryegrass Ride for this property. Thanks!
