A parcel being in the N '/z of the SW'/4 of Section 4, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northwest corner of said N '/z of the SW%of
Section 4 from which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the southwest corner of said SW'%bears
