RE: Syringa Crossing (H-2025-0007) – Application Revisions

Since the original staff report was issued, a revised overall conceptual development plan and
pathway plan was submitted that depicts wider 10-foot-wide sidewalks along collector streets (W.
Lyra St. & S. Hermatite Ave.) on the northwest corner (NWC) of Amity & Meridian/SH-69, a new
pathway segment on the southwest corner (SWC) of Amity & Meridian/SH-69 in the commercial
area leading to the common open space area across the street in front of the clubhouse in the multi-
family development, and a wider 10-foot-wide pathway extending through the multi-family
development to common open space areas and adjacent roadways.
A change to the zoning is also requested on the NWC – the C-G zoning is proposed to be replaced
by C-C zoning for the commercial area and L-O zoning the office area. No other changes are
proposed.
The staff report has been updated accordingly in strike-out/underline format and updated exhibits are
included.
