It has come to our attention that the annexation of the “Cooper Canyon” property has not
yet been annexed, as the developer (Chris Findlay) has not yet signed the Development
Agreement and the ordinance has not been published.
Due to these circumstances please table the Cooper Canyon final plat request at this time
to a date that will allow the annexation process to be completed prior to taking up the
matter of approving the final plat.
I have talked with the developer about this situation and he understands the reason for
tabling the final plat request. The developer will continue to work towards finalizing the
annexation so that the project can move forward in the near future.
