Caleb Hood, Deputy Director Community Development Services Meridian City Hall RE:Apex Cadence Phase 1 Dear Mr. Hood: Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for "Apex Cadence Phase 1". This is the first phase of the "Apex Cadence PrePlat" which was approved in late 2025. Apex Cadence contains 112 residential lots and 27 common lots in the R-15 zone. This phase is 26.434 acres, with 5.10 acres of qualified open space, or 19.90% Statement of Conformance This final plat is in conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and meets all requirements and conditions of approval. This plat is in conformance with the UDC, acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
