The subject property is located at the northeast corner of SH55/Eagle Rd. and Ustick Road. 2. The owner of record is Caven, Inc., 6884 Fairview Ave., Boise, ID 83704. 3. Applicant is owner of record. 4. The proposed application requests a Change from Meridian to Boise Area of Impact. RECOMMENDATION The Planning and Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council of the City of Meridian that they deny the application for Area of Impact Change, finding that the area can reasonably be expected to be annexed into Meridian in the near future, the dominant commercial trade in the immediate vicinity will be within Meridian’s future taxing district, and the City of Meridian will be able to provide sewer service to the area in a reasonable amount of time. RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN AREA OF IMPACT- CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT- Page 1
