Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Apex
Cadence Subdivision No. 1 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical engineering report, "Geotechnical Investigation — Apex Cadence Subdivision",
prepared by Atlas and dated September 9, 2024, was used to determine the approximate groundwater
elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
