interest, SCSH Properties LLC, an Idaho limited liability company with an address of 3240 W.

Idaho limited liability company with an address of 3240 W. Bavaria St., Eagle, ID 83616, as to
an undivided 20% interest (collectively "Grantee"), the premises described on Exhibit A
('Property"), which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with all appurtenances
relating to the Property.
