Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Zenith
Subdivision No. 1 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water elevation.
The geotechnical engineering report,"Geotechnical Investigation—Apex Zenith Subdivision",prepared by Atlas
and dated January 22, 2025, was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the
street centerline elevations.
