RE: Apex Zenith – Final Plat
Dear Mr. Hood:
Brighton is pleased to submit the Final Plat application for “Apex Zenith”. This is the first and
only phase of Apex Zenith (future plats in the area will carry a different name due to County
required naming conventions).
Apex Zenith contains 7 commercial lots in the C-G zone. This phase is 11.109 acres.
Ingress/egress and public utility easements are provided so each lot is able to gain access to
public streets and utilities.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat
and meets all requirements and conditions of approval. This plat is in conformance with the
UDC, acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
