The applicant is requesting removal of the plat note/mark that designates Lot 1, Block 10 (345
Winnipeg) as a well lot.
The intent of this request is to establish the lot as buildable by removing the well lot designation
from the recorded plat.
The well located on the property is no longer operational.
No additional modifications to the plat are proposed other than removal of the well lot note as
directed.
This request is administrative in nature and is submitted for review and approval in accordance
with City requirements.
