The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s)and has the following comments:
1. The Department does not have any concerns with the annexation and zoning of this parcel. However, please keep the
following in mind as the project progresses:
a. ITD will need to review a traffic impact study for the proposed development.
b. I encourage the applicant to reach out with any questions related to the traffic study and/or additional information
ITD can provide to assist the development moving forward.
2. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
