North,Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,Ada County,Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a found aluminum cap marking the West 1/16 corner of said Section 33,which bears
S89.19'00"E a distance of 1,319.12 feet from a found aluminum cap marking the Southwest corner of said
Section 33,thence following the westerly line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, N00.29'45"E a
distance of 388.69 feet to the centerline of Sky Pilot Drain;
Thence leaving said westerly line and following said centerline the following two(2)courses:
1. S89.40'10"E a distance of 351.32 feet;
2. 100.55 feet along the arc of a curve to the right,said curve having a radius of 220.00 feet,a delta
angle of 26.11'15",a chord bearing of S76°34'27"E and a chord distance of 99.68 feet;
Thence leaving said centerline,S00°29'28"W a distance of 368.87 feet to the southerly line of said Southeast
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4;
Thence following said southerly line, N89.19'00"W a distance of 448.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
