Request far Modification of the CUP
Z am writing in response to staff s questions concerning the above referenced.
Zt is our intent to immediately proceed with platting of this phase of development and
have a recorded plat by the end of the year.
In conjunction with this application for modification, we are requesting approval for an
accessory use permit for the model homes to be constructed on these lots in addition to a
temporary private street.
~ have previously met with Joe Silva with Meridian Fire to discuss their requirements.
Joe has indicated that they would require a 20-foot gate at both ends of the roadway that
would have a fire department lock on the gates should they require access. In addition,
they will require aturn-around at the end of the roadway on the outside of the eastern
gate.
~~y discussion with ACRD concluded that they would be agreeable with a temporary
private street with the understanding that when the adj acent phase is platted, the private
street, in this phase, would be included in the adjacent plat.
Please advise, should you need further clarification on the above.
