within 500 feet of the exterior boundary of the project site in accordance with City of
Meridian requirements.
• Notices were mailed on December 23, 2025, at least five (5) days prior to the
meeting.

4. Project Overview
The applicant provided a brief overview of the Alamar Subdivision and explained that a
Development Agreement Modification is being requested to align the recorded
Development Agreement with existing constructed conditions while maintaining the
intended design character and standards of the subdivision.

The applicant responded to questions and provided general clarification regarding the
proposed Development Agreement Modification. The applicant noted that no decisions are

made at the neighborhood meeting and that final review and decisions will occur through
the City of Meridian's public hearing process.
6. Public Comments &Questions
Following the applicant's presentation and explanation of the proposed Development
Agreement Modification, attendees were invited to ask questions and provide comments.
No formal objections or concerns were raised by attendees.
Comments received indicated general support for the proposed modifications.Attendees
expressed that the requested changes appeared to allow for improved home layouts, larger
and more functional main floor designs, and more distinctive architectural variation. It was
noted that maintaining varied exterior design and avoiding repetitive elevations was viewed
positively, as it supports the character of the neighborhood and reinforces the intent for
Alamar to reflect a custom-quality community rather than a typical production subdivision.
No written comments were submitted at the meeting.
7. Conclusion
The neighborhood meeting concluded at 7:16 pm. No formal actions were taken. Public
input received at the meetingwill be included with the Development Agreement
Modification application submitted to the City of Meridian.
