~n behalf of my Clients Moose Creek Construction, please accept this letter to table our Preliminary Plat
hearing date from June 7, 2007, to a date certain, with the City of Meridian's Planning and Zoning
Commission.
We are requesting this due to the fact that we are coordinating with our neighbor to the south, to vacate a
private road easement; we however, are getting close and should have this issue resolved, by attaining a avation
of easement.

hearing date.
