Dear Mr. Hood:
The final plat, plans and application for the Burnside Ridge Estates No. 2 subdivision are attached for
your review and approval. Burnside Ridge Estates No. 2 is located on approximately 13.4 acres near
2368 W. Victory Rd (the "Project Site"). This second phase of a seven-phase subdivision has been
designed to include 44 buildable lots for single-family detached homes and 8 common lots. The overall
development includes 11.8% qualified open space with attractive amenities throughout. The design of
the subdivision is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable
local engineering and survey practices and local standards.
The final plat is in substantial conformance with the preliminary plat and zoning standards for the
approved zoning districts.
