of Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada
County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an Aluminum Cap monument marking the southeast corner of said NE
from which an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of said NE % bears N

to the POINT OF BEGINNING;

Thence N 43°01'54" W a distance of 726.71 feet to a point on the southeasterly boundary of
Burnside Ridge Estates Subdivision No. 1 as shown in Book of Plats on Pages
through , records of Ada County, Idaho;
Thence along said southeasterly boundary the following described courses:
