a/k/a The Boise Family YMCA,an Idaho non-profit corporation and St.Luke's Regional Medical
Center, LTD., an Idaho non-profit corporation, (collectively, "Grantor") do hereby convey,
release, remise and forever quit claim all right, title and interest which Grantor now has unto St.
Luke's Regional Medical Center, LTD., an Idaho non-profit corporation ("Grantee"), whose
address is 190 East Bannock Street, Boise, ID 83712,the following described premises:

BEGINNING at a found 5/8-inch rebar marking the Southwest corner of said Gramercy Subdivision No. 2,
