I am writing to explain the business model of Main Street Marketing Incorporated.
Food Service Broker is a short, descriptive name for a professional services
organization that significantly impacts several facets of the business at this
Meridian location of Food Services of America.
Representing 20 plus National Foodservice Companies such as ConAgra,
Campbelrs, and Dannon, Main Street Marketing manages sales and marketing for
the companies they represent. In addition, Main Street Marketing provides
technical and product support on products sold daily through Food Services of
America to restaurants, schools, and hospitals in the state of Idaho.
Main Street Marketing conducts product.training seminars on site at our Meridian
facility. Think of these meetings as "show and tell" sessions on products
represented by Main Street Marketing that are warehoused and sold by Food
Services of America.
In addition to the sales and marketing functions, Main Street Marketing is the
clearinghouse for a large amoWlt of purchase orders that require physical back up.
In the event of shipment difficulties or price discrepancies, Main Street Marketing
can access these records to assist in a timely and accurate problem resolution.
They also keep records in case of a product recall.
Main Street Marketing employs a staff of professional sales and marketing
personnel as well as the administrative support staff required to address all facets
in the food services business.
