Thank you very much for including the Idaho Transportation Department Outdoor Advertising Section in your
Comments on Development Projects process, this sign is located on a State Highway that does not fall under the
Outdoor Advertising Jurisdiction so our only concern would be that It be placed outside of our Right-of-Way of
State Highway 69, and it appears to meet that requirement. Dion Burch, District 3 Right-of-Way, Scenic
