Ten Mile Road 888-2191/ fax 884-0744 Water 2235 N.W. 8th Street 888-5242/ fax 884-1159 A CITY OF MERIDIAN PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT / NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, for the purpose of reviewing and considering the application AP 07-003 of Dale Lindley for City Council Review of an Appeal of the Director's Determination to deny a request for a wholesale trade (food broker) use in an l-O zone for Main Street Marketing located 3723 N. locust Grove Road. More particular descriptions of the above information are on file in the Planning Department, 660 East Watertower lane, Suite 202, Meridian, Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Copies of the above applications are available upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office at 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.
