Home My WebLink AboutPublic Service Announcement J ctC~idl,)t\ ~ ~ IDAHO ~ '\. :I 'q"", /' ,r,"/fI"T'''',\SUHI,V.'LLI'' l'G8~ PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT / NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the adoption of the Meridian Pathways Master Plan; Also for the purpose of reviewing and considering the request to amend the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map by adding and amending pathway locations for the Pathways Comprehensive Plan Amendment CPA 07-003 by the City of Meridian Parks and Recreation Department. More particular descriptions of the above information are on file in the City Clerks Office, 33 East Idaho Avenue, Meridian, Idaho and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Copies of the above documents are available upon request. The documents may be reviewed on line at www,meridiancitV.ora. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written materials may be submitted seven (7) days prior to the above hearing date so that all interested parties may examine them prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities related to documents and/or hearings, please contact the City Clerk's Office at 888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the public meeting.
