WHEREAS, on February 10, 2026 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of the north 16.6 feet of a 26.6-foot-wide PUDI easement in a portion of Lot 1, Block 2 of Meridian Place Subdivision No. 1; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F MERIDIAN CITY, I A Section 1. That the north 16.6 feet of a 26.6-foot-wide PUDI easement in a portion of Lot 1,Block 2 of Meridian Place Subdivision No. 1,as fully described in Exhibit"A",is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 24th day of February, 2026.
