Our orders are truckload quantities shipped directly to the distributor. Our primary function is electronic order placement, order tracking, and record keeping to track products ill the event of a food recall. The few samples we handle are picked up by us at the distributor in 1 tb 3 case amounts and then sampled out to food service operators at their place of business. We haVe no public traffic to our offices; only the occasional out of town company representative or UPS delivery. We are paid on a commission basis and do not buy or sell products directly.
