To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is hereby written to confirm that all finished street centerline elevations are set a minimum
of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
The test pits drilled on site to a maximum depth of 16.7-feet. Groundwater was not observed in any
test pits.
