My name is David Hollander and I'm a Meridian resident living at 2304 E Clifton Dr in the Woodbridge
subdivision. I'll be attending the city council meeting tonight to register my strong concern with the
proposed Latitude43 development. I own three homes in this subdivision, one of them overlooking the
development property in question.
I've attended neighborhood meetings with Latitude43 and they promised certain types of homes and
elevations and that they'd be working with a certain quality builder. Without any communication with our
neighborhood they have submitted plans for much smaller, more densely populated homes with a
different builder than were previously approved by P&Z. They have made no attempt to communicate
with the adjoining neighborhood and calls have gone unanswered. The Public Meeting signs on the
property have not been updated since October's continuation request. This begins to feel like a bait and
switch.
Last year the City Council rightly realized the growing traffic problems in this area of the city and
committed to identifying solutions before approving any new development. I would ask that the City
Council please reject this request that is not a good fit for this area.
