I am a Woodbridge resident, 589 S Woodhaven Ave, Meridian ID 83642
I am very concerned about the impact Latitude 43 would have on Woodbridge. We have come before
Meridian City Council multiple times about that land that backs up to Woodbridge to the East, sometimes
supporting the proposed development and other times not. The decisions about this area can completely
destroy the beauty of living in Woodbridge.
This current development is not the one Woodbridge neighbors were originally shown at the only
neighborhood meeting. There have been major changes without any communication or concern. The traffic
issues that we expected to be addressed are not anywhere near the point where we can expect results. There
are too many issues that need to be worked out that could significantly impact Woodbridge in a very negative
way. I believe it is premature to allow a development to go forward at this time. I respectfully ask you to vote
against Latitude Forty Three.
