As long-?me residents of Woodbridge Subdivision, we are adamantly opposed to this development in its latest stage.
It seems there is a huge difference between the original plans for this land and the latest ones submi?ed. Has there
been proper communica?on from this developer to work with adjoining neighbors? Was there proper public no?ce
given on this mee?ng? Why has Woodbridge been le? in the dark?
The change in eleva?on and size of the latest proposed houses will adversely affect the quality of our exis?ng
subdivision.
ACHD needs to solve the issue of cut-through traffic before any more surrounding developments are approved.
PLEASE vote NO on this proposal and see that this project is handled appropriately.
