Short Plat Application
Dear Ms.Allen:
On behalf of Cortona Way Retail,LLC,we are pleased to submit the attached short plat application and required
supplements for Callen Condominiums. Located at 4855 N.Cortona Way, Meridian, Idaho.The project consists
of two(2) parcels, Parcel Numbers R9010680121 and R9010680131.
The proposed condominium plat is for the mixed-use buildings currently under construction which were
permitted under the name Cortona Way Retail Building A,permit#C-SHELL-2025-0029 and Cortona Way Retail
Building B,permit#C-SHELL-2025-0030.The project met the requirements of the UDC at the time of the building
permits.To our knowledge,the project still meets acceptable engineering and architectural standards,and the
plat has been prepared in accordance with current surveying practices and local standards.
The property was annexed and zoned per Record No. RZ-07-017. The Development Agreement has been
recorded under instrument numbers 101117652, 103097612, 108059794 and 108059800.The Preliminary Plat
approval was received under Record No. PP-07-022. A certificate of zoning compliance and design review was
issued under Record No.A-2025-0046.
