Settler's Park requires a signal at the Venable/Ustick intersection as part of their mitigation for the future
Community Center. The developer will continue to pursue a Cooperative Development Agreement (CDA). If
the City's Parks Department, ACHD, and the developer enter into a CDA, the developer will manage the
construction of the signal.
