We received a recommendation for denial of the project and would like time to work through this
recommendation with sta? so that we can address their concerns.
Therefore, we are requesting a continuance to the March 19, 2026 PZC hearing.

Sonya, this sounds good.
I’m cc-ing our engineer, Bryan, so that he is in the loop.
I am drafting a response memo to the sta? report. Hawkins would like to defer this project to work
with the City through some of the concerns in the sta? report. I will send this memo later today or
tomorrow morning for your review.
