Thank you for the sta? report. We agree with the report and the recommended conditions, with one exception.
We respectfully request modification of Condition IV.A.1.iv to clarify the developer’s obligation and ensure it
reflects the cooperative nature of the signal improvements. Specifically, we are requesting the condition be
revised to read as follows:
Settler’s Park requires a signal at the Venable/Ustick intersection as part of their mitigation for the future
Community Center. The developer will continue to pursue a Cooperative Development Agreement (CDA). If the
City’s Parks Department, ACHD, and the developer enter into a CDA, the developer will manage the construction
of the signal.
We appreciate your consideration and are happy to discuss further if helpful.

may attend in person or virtually via Zoom – the link/phone number to join the meeting is located at the top of the
meeting agenda. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Please submit any written response you may have to the sta? report to the City Clerk’s o?ice
(comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible. If you have a presentation you’d like to present at the
public hearing, please send it to the City Clerk’s o?ice no later than 12:00 pm the day of the hearing.
