Application Requires a Continuance
A. Request: Modified Development Agreement to the existing development agreement
(Inst. # 111072107) in order to refine the cross-access provisions to establish a more
purposeful and coordinated cross-access plan that aligns with future neighboring site
uses and anticipated re-development patterns along W. Pine Ave.
Motion to continue to March 3, 2026 made by Councilman Overton, Seconded by
Councilwoman Little Roberts.

4. Public Hearing for Well 10B (H-2025-0055) by Jared Hale, City of Meridian,
located at 2025 N. Jericho Rd. Approved
A. Request: Vacation to vacate a 16.1 portion of an existing 26.1-foot-wide public
utility, drainage and irrigation easement on the southern boundary of Lot 1, Block 2
of Meridian Place Subdivision No. 1 (Parcel R5672670090) in the R-8 zoning district.

5. Public Hearing for Silvas First Subdivision (SHP-2025-0007) by Tamee Crawford,

A. Request: Short Plat to subdivide an existing parcel consisting of .200 acres of land
into two (2) building lots in the R-15 zoning district.
Motion to approve made by Councilman Overton, Seconded by Councilwoman Little Roberts.

ORDINANCES \[Action Item\]
6. Ordinance No. 26-2110: An ordinance (Rockwell Greens Subdivision – H-2025-
0002) annexing land located in the east half of the southeast quarter of Section 29,
Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as depicted
in the map exhibit; rezoning 70.558 acres of such real property from RUT (Rural
Urban Transition) to the R-15 (Medium-High Density Residential) zoning district;
directing city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official
zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts
of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of
this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County
Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as
required by law; repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective
date. Approved
