The Idaho Transportation Department(ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s)and has the following comments:
1. The Department does not have concerns with the proposed application, as long as the connection to Quartz Creek does
not get established as part of the greater site plan.
2. When the connection to Quartz Creek is built,the Department will require a traffic impact study to assess the impact on
the state highway system.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
