Attached for your review and consideration is the Cielo Azul Office Condos Short Plat application.The
Cielo Azul condominium plat consists of 2 buildings with four suites each on two parcels in the existing
Touchmark Center Subdivision No 1 in east Meridian.
The two buildings are currently under construction and are approximately 4,534 and 4,760 square feet.
The buildings were approved with a Conditional Use Permit through Meridian as a requirement for the
final plat conditions. Construction is anticipated to be completed in April of this year.
