uses. Residents are able to participate in a variety of activities while living in close proxi~ity to
medical offIces and commercial uses. Phase III is one more piece of "the overall communi~ that
will provide residential opportunities for those active adults 55 or greater. Future phash will'
include a v~ty of offIce and commercial uses that w..ill create a true mixed-use community for
the residents of Meadow Lake. The original Meadow Lake Village was a~proved in May 2000
and was compliant with the City of Meridian Comptehensive Plan. The area was, designated as

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING "
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) II-SA-50, the applicant for all applications reqU'lting a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text am~ttment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the hillring.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the IW6perty
under consideration.
The applicant shall submit proof of property posting in the fOlm of a notarized statement and a
photograph of the posting to the City no later than seven (7) days prior to the public'lljaring
attesting to where and when the sign(s) were posted. Unless such Certificate is received By the
required date, the hearing will be continued.
The sign(s) shall be removed no later than three (3) days after the end of the public hedfitlig for
which the sign(s) had been posted.
I am aware of the above requirements and will comply with the posting requirements as iijited in
UDC II-5A-5.
