The proposed project is located on the southwest corner'" of Locust Grove and Overland
roads. This application is to construct a two story 21/000 sf office building. The building will
be designed to aC'commodate'" either professional offices or medical offices. Access to the site
will be off of Locust Grove Road beyond the required 440' from the intersection which is
required by ACHD for a full access curb cut. The number of parking stalls exceeds that
required by the Unified Development Code CUCD). All required landscape buffers have been
met and are in compliance with the UCD. Enclosed you will find our completed application

Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shalf post the subject property not less than ten (10) days prior to the he~g.
The applicant shall post a copy of the public hearing notice of the application(s) on the property
under consideration.
